Saint Dennis Catholic School is a fully accredited school offering students in grades 4K through 8th a stimulating and challenging academic environment rooted in Catholic values.
The mission of Saint Dennis School is to provide a quality education where all are treated with love, compassion and justice. In partnership with parents, we create a safe learning environment that meets students’ spiritual, academic, emotional, physical and social needs. We create a community of faith among students, teachers and parents by integrating Catholic values into ALL aspects of school life. We celebrate these values through our actions, the Liturgy, sacraments and through service to others.
The Faith Formation program at Saint Dennis is for students in grades K-9. Our K-8 program meets on Mondays at either 3:45 pm or 6:15 pm. The high school program meets on Sundays throughout the year. Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation are all a part of our program and students are prepared for each of these sacraments through their classes and retreats.
Our mission is to assist parents/guardians in the awesome responsibility of leading their children to a personal relationship with God through Gospel values of Jesus Christ and witnessed through their Catholic Faith.
Youth activities are for all children in grades K-12. Elementary children are offered extra faith inspired events that may be attended with a parent, family or on their own! Some activities include Parent’s Night Out and a Sunday after Liturgy service project. Middle and High School trips trips and service projects are intended to build community while instilling a love of service. Past service projects have included connections to local nursing homes, making/selling pizzas to help our friends in Belize and organizing an Easter egg hunt. Our trips include Party Buses, Ultrazone trips, and trips to the Kalahari. As always, youth group activities are optional but have been met with much enthusiasm and great turn-outs!
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process for adults who are seeking to be baptized and join the Catholic Church. It is also for baptized adults who are interested in completing their full membership into the Catholic Church through the reception of Holy Eucharist and/or Confirmation. This process helps adults grow in their relationship with God, become familiar with Catholic teachings and practices and experience community of faith through friendships and service.
